The weather in Glacier is beautiful in the summer! Today is a perfect day to take a nice dip in the Nooksack river up at the horseshoe bend trail, or in Glacier creek. You can also head over to Silver Lake for a refreshing swim. It’s almost 100 degrees today!

Tall ships to visit Blaine WA

August 4th-6th, 2018

Lady Washington the official tall ship of Washington State and companion vessel Hawaiian Chieftain will visit Blaine, WA at the Drayton Harbor Days festival and offer unforgettable, family fun! Battle and Evening Sails will feature demonstrations of tall ship handling, maritime amusement, & singing. A ticket is required for all passengers, including babes in arms. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Walk through ship tours are free but a donation is requested.

These ships were featured in the Johnny Depp Movie Pirates of the Caribbean.
